Terms

These terms apply to orders from Veloria 3D Printing Hub (DTI business name no. 7604193). They don't limit your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).

Quotes and payment

Every job gets a written quote. A 50% deposit by GCash or bank transfer starts the job; the balance is due before pickup or shipping. Shipping is quoted separately.

Files and designs

You confirm you have the right to print the files you send. We check files before printing and tell you if something needs fixing. Modelling and file fixing are quoted upfront.

Timing

Normal jobs take 3–4 days after the deposit, rush jobs 2–3 days, depending on the model and quantity. These are estimates; if something delays your order, we tell you as soon as we know.

Quality

3D prints show fine layer lines; that's normal for the process. If a print has a defect or arrives damaged, message us within 7 days with photos and we'll reprint or repair it at no cost.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund before printing starts. Once printing starts, the deposit covers material and machine time already used.
