Veloria 3D Printing Hub (DTI business name no. 7604193, Calamba City, Laguna) runs this site and makes your prints. This policy explains what we collect and why, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

What we collect

• Your name, email and mobile or Messenger name, so we can reply and arrange your order.
• The files, photos and descriptions you send, so we can quote and make your print.
• Your delivery address, only if you choose shipping.

How we use it

Only to quote, make and deliver your order and to contact you about it. We never sell your data, and we don't print or share your files for anyone else.

Who else sees it

• Web3Forms, which delivers this site's form to our inbox.
• Our courier, when we ship, which gets your name, address and number.
• GCash or your bank, when you pay.

How long we keep it

We delete your files 90 days after your order is complete, unless you ask us to keep them for a reprint. We keep payment records as long as Philippine tax rules require.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing veloria3dstudio@gmail.com. We reply within 15 days. You can also complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
